Tips on searching the Knowledge Base

You may use one or a combination of the above filters to narrow down your search. If you specify more than one keyword, the search engine looks for articles containing all keywords specified. Therefore, it may be advisable to search for fewer keywords rather than more. Also, choosing criteria for searching, such as TRADOS product, operating system or third-party product will improve search results. Do not use ‘noise’ words such as ”a”, “or”, “the” or “is” as keywords. Do not use punctuation characters such as [ ] { }.
